The hotel is in a great location near the port. The staff is very friendly & helpful. The food at the restaurant is amazing. Breakfast was great & dinner after 8pm. Make sure you get to dinner on time or the old people will eat all of the antipasti. The closest beach is a 5 minute walk. It's ok. I prefer the other side of the island for beach. I took away 2 stars because of how uncomfortable the bed was... They also only give you 2 flat pillows. That being said, I woke up with a backache everyday. Comfortable sleep is the most important thing on a vacation. Otherwise the rooms were nice with blue tile floors. The spa is good and the pool has warm thermal water. I'd rate the hotel a 3 star property with a 4 star staff.

Great stay. Very good rooms and are clean. Indoor pool spa is very nice outdoor is a bit small. The service is second to none. They will provide information on what to do and where to eat. As well as restaurant booking. Staff are very friendly and most speak English. Overall an amazing stay in a good room in a great area. But gets a 5 star because of the service alone. Lawrence is a very helpful staff member. Big up Lawrence.
