In general, it was a good hotel but I can’t give it 5 stars for several reasons. What I liked: location is very good, beautiful swimming pools with an amazing tropical one and special one for kids, food is general good, some staff speak English, What I missed: rooms don’t have ironing facility and can’t be collected from the reception, kettle and any hot drinks in the rooms, noisy blinds, poor acoustic between rooms where you can hear almost everything happens in the next room especially at night, laundry service not efficient if you arrive late and no access to any beaches.
