A really beautiful classical Italian hotel, with great food, amazing pools and excellent location! The staff are all dedicated to helping you to enjoy your holiday, the reception staff are so helpful and the restaurant staff are friendly and so efficient! |The selection at breakfast is excellent with delicious cakes! The choices at dinner were endless, from tasty starters to wonderful main courses with ingredients of the highest quality. |We had a lovely visit and hope to book 2 weeks next year 👏👏👏

The hotel is basic but clean. The food is very good and the waiters are lovely. Location is perfect, right in the middle of the main thoroughfare. The thermal spa's are good. My only gripe, and it is a big one, is that although it was very hot, the hotel did not want to put the air conditioning on. At first they said it was broken and then we were told that they don't put it on until 15th June. When they did eventually put it on, it was turned off at midnight, meaning that the room was very hot and difficult to sleep in by 12.30. We were provided with a fan, but it's not the same as air conditioning.
