I stayed here for six nights in April 2018. The location is perfect : close to the pedestrian area but not on it -about 100 meters...as well as being near to the interesting Ischia Ponte with its Castello Aragonese. It is within walking distance from the ferry, and very close to beaches, restaurants and shops as well. The rooms in the hotel are spacious and beds are comfortable. The main hotel restaurant provides a good variety of food of a high standard. The breakfast was great, more than adequate. They have a very nice external swimming pool. The staff was always very nice, helpful and friendly. Ischia is like a secret little, secluded gem in the middle of the Mediterranean. It is a quick ferry ride from Naples and in April there were very few tourists, so the area was quiet. It was perfect to stay at.

Director was offensive and not supportive at all when we had a problem with our room. Room was not clean and really tiny. The rest of the staff was friendly and the location is near everything.
