I should give 4 stars because yes the rooms are tiny and also the bathroom could be improved with the showers. But did we feel great in this hotel with its hundreds terraces in all heights over the sea connected with little walk ways and bridges, just like a little village. It is truly a beautiful place with a small beach just in front (stony and very clear like everywhere around the Aeolian Islands). You are free to use all the terraces with its sun beds, sofas and tables, so we barely spent time in our room. Just a wonderful wonderful place. Stuff was also very friendly, thank you Salvatore :) Absolute no go are the plastic cups and small shampoo supplies in plastic (even in times of corona). Please take that extra effort and provide reusable cups and refillable toiletries from a nature-friendly material.
