Gorgissimo- the word we invented to describe the gorgeousness of the resort. If you considering this resort, stop deliberating and just book it. You can thank me later. The resort is set in beautiful landscaped grounds. The staff are excellent, and very well trained to cater to the well healed clientele. This resort is all about relaxation and wellness in a luxury setting. The spa facilities were excellent. The restaurant was excellent. The pool and loungers were excellent. The suites were excellent. Particular thanks go to Antonio in the restaurant for his customer service and the exquisite way in which he leads his team, Giovanna in the spa for her million dollar smile, the ladies at front desk for their friendliness and their helpful local tips, and to the Yoga teacher, who was so patient and personable with us. We were so lucky to spend 6 days in this wonderful resort. What we like to emphasize, besides all other positive aspects, was the WORLD CLASS Service from all staff members. We fellt like at home due to the so friendly and competent Service from the entire crew: reception, wellness, cleaning, bar personnel and mainly the very symphatic restaurant crew around Antonino. It was just great, thank you so much. It is peoples business, we felt like staying with good friends. Italy always nr 1, also thanks to you ragazzi in Almar Sicilia.
