This is a clean and nice hotel. 10 minute walk to the train, short ride in to Venice. Not fancy, but no complaints. Breakfast was nice. The courtyard is cute, if the weather is nice you can have breakfast outside. Not too far from the train station and restaurants. Grocery store right next door.

Antica Villa Graziella, Venice |Walking distance for train station approx 20 mins, buses approx 10 mins.|Mestre is on the mainland just a short train or bus ride over the bridge to Venice approx 15 mins.|Excellent location on a quiet road with short walk to supermarket and a few restaurants.|Hotel offers very clean, quiet and comfortable rooms. |There is a TV, aircon and hairdryer in the room. No hot drinks facilities or fridge in the room, however if you ask nicely they will make you a coffee etc and you can sit out in the garden.|Good selection of food and drinks for breakfast. |Very friendly and helpful staff, in particular 'Lorenzo' who manages to communicate in most languages. Anything you want to know just grab Lorenzo.|Any problems with your room just let them know and they will sort it.|Thank you for our lovely four night stay before moving on to Lake Garda
