Rooms are great. Service is great. Location, however, is poor. The hotel is on the left side of the highway from Venice to the airport. The only way to cross is via a bridge, which you will likely need to take when arriving by bus and again when departing. However, the bridge’s elevators are out of service. Additionally, foot traffic there is low, lighting is poor, there are no security cameras, and graffiti is everywhere: In short, it’s both highly inconvenient and unsafe. The hotel has a shuttle, but it is (1) is not free, (2) only begins running to the airport at 10am, which is too late for morning flights. Therefore, the best mode of transportation from the hotel to the airport is by taxi, which as of the end of 2023 is 35 EUR. I understand that the hotel does not own the bridge and therefore isn’t directly responsible for it. But, it should be more upfront about it because it is a nasty surprise to arrive late at night by bus, in the cold, and suddenly find out that you need to carry all your luggage up and down two flights of shady-looking stairs.

I like this place, room's clean, everything works! In a good location, just a short, one bus ride away to Venice city center (the island), take bus #5 and I think #18, takes about 10 minutes. Restaurant is not bad, but could have better selections. Front desk reps were very helpful and nice! They gave me a map of Venice and also called a cab for me to airport. Pool is nice too! There is a self-laundry as well as having hotel launder your clothes! Nice bed, slept great!
