The staff were excellent. They were so helpful. I thought overall service was very good. Location was handy for Venice bus services and if you want to drive, ideal.

The blinds in the room were broken so there was no natural light coming into the room. The air con was also broken. The walls are paper thin so you could hear people all night long walking past the room, opening and closing doors. Instead of normal utensils we were given 2 paper cups to drink out of for the 4 days we were staying. As for the service, they were helpful and very polite. The receptionist phoned us to see if we needed our room cleaned and if we needed fresh towels. The location is excellent the bus stop is a 5 minute walk down the road which brings you straight to the main town, Venice. The only thing we weren’t aware of is the city tax you have to pay while checking out of the hotel. The price is €3.10 per person for one night, so our overall charge was €18.60 for the 3 nights as an additional charge to the price of the stay.
