Extremely practical and convenient. What more do you need when you are here to see Venice! The service is fast and efficient. I would especially like to praise a boy named Marco who speaks many languages and is always ready to help, whatever you need. Everything is clean and tidy. You also have a swimming pool and a jacuzzi to relax, after a whole day of walking around the old town. All recommendations!

Its a beautiful , clean, and peaceful place to stay. Its much cheaper than other properties in Venice. Totally value for money.Very nice private cabins with all the amenities. The staff is very friendly. Just make sure you dont come too early before check-in as the rooms are not always available. Its bit far from city and there arent many places to eat. But the good thing is they have a small supermarket and a restaurant. If you want something different you may want to walk to drive 1.5-2km at least. Overall, its cheap , clean and a nice place. i loved this place and would come back again.
