We stayed at this hotel a few days ago. I would like to express my great gratitude to the hotel staff for their willingness to help with all questions, especially Paula. The rooms are very clean, the staff is very polite. Upon arrival, our welcome coffee and some pastries were waiting for us. The hotel is very conveniently located - there is a tram stop, cafes and shops nearby. Special thanks to Paula for the pleasant surprise that was waiting for us in the evening! I highly recommend the hotel!
Gorgeous residence in Venezia Mestre, staff really friendly welcoming and loving. They accommodated us before check in opening and left us a beautiful letter with our name paired with the keys for the room. Design is gorgeous and vintage, with Venetian masks all over the residence. Showers are clean and balconies make you feel like you're living in a vintage Italian romantic movie. I will highlight that staff is nice and not racist... I will absolutely come back because I'm really sensitive towards how people treated me in the past as an immigrant. Love love love them. Good luck ❤️
