Awful experience! Do not book this place unless you want to ruin your vacation. Although we informed them about our arrival time (around 9 PM) more than 1 month in advance and although on the day of the arrival they sent us a message saying we should call them when we arrive in order to check in, there was nobody at the property! Nobody answered the phone numbers displayed online or at the front door and we just waited there for more than an hour (aprox. from 9:15 PM to 10:30 PM) with no answer at the door or on the phone. We were tired, hungry and with no place to sleep, on our wedding anniversary! Bravo, Villa Crispi! Finally we gave up, took the last tram to Venice and found a hotel there. Of course, by the time we arrived and checked in every restaurant in town was already closed (past midnight). Thank you again for a wonderful anniversary, Villa Crispi!

There was a smell of mold in the room. The bathroom had molds. All of which made it difficult to stay even for one night. The bedsheet and blanket were super dirty and seemed like not been washed as there were severe stains. Definitely, not a place to stay and would not recommend to anyone.
