It is a shame having a very poor hotel in such a glorious location. Staff was gentle but the hotel is far from being decent; lights are the emergency ones, no hot water, the room was noisy and initially cold, Wi-Fi not good, 2 beds more or less put together, safe not working. We hope this place will get a great renovation and value the amazing location where is located.

This is my second time at this hotel. My first was last year when I came to the Elton John concert. I fell in love with this area and this hotel. Sadly this time I did not feel the same. At first my room, a superior single, was so very small and hot that I asked for an upgrade to a suite, which they gave me at a very good price. The suite was quite nice with a big balcony and two rooms, and more importantly two separate air conditioning vents. But since they keep the air off between 4 am and around 2 pm. (claiming this to be a city rule), it was unbearably hot! The suite is on the top floor which adds to the problem. I travel a lot for work and pleasure and have never had a problem with limitations on air conditioning before! Another issue is that the internet does not work well either. I also work online constantly which created much difficulty to me. I am very sad that it went so badly, as this was an important getaway for me.
