To be clear, this is not an actual hotel. I can’t comment on the rooms because upon arrival we were informed (through an intercom on the front of the building) that they did not have a reservation for us despite us never receiving a cancellation email/notification. The rooms are housed in a shared building with other businesses, including some informal bag check business, and reception is in another building entirely. When reception sent someone to tell us they didn’t have a room we asked him to take us to the reception area so we could try to understand how they could just cancel a reservation without notice. The worker left saying he’d “have to ask if we could come to reception” and then never returned. If you are traveling alone or arriving to Milan late don’t take the risk of booking with them.

WARNING! We cannot recommend this place. During my family's stay, someone from the staff stole an expensive $150 pair of sunglasses from our luggage while it was in the hotel's possession. The sunglasses were inside a zipped pocket in a hard cased suitcase. They did not fall out of the suitcase as it would not be possible and I'm 100% certain they were in there as it was the last thing to go inside the suitcase before closing it. This hotel has a terrible luggage policy which allows the staff to steal from you undetected. When we asked to store our luggage after checking out, the hotel staff told us to leave the luggage inside our room and leave the room key on the bed and close the door behind us. Then they would take the luggage to another hotel and store it there until we needed it. That means anyone from the staff can freely go into the room where there's no security or cameras, with no risk of the owners returning (because we had to leave the key behind) and take their time and go through hotel guests belongings. I've done a lot of traveling, and I don't take accusations of theft lightly unless I'm absolutely sure. This is the first time I've ever had something stolen from me by hotel staff, and I'm 100% certain. The sunglasses were in my bag when I left, the luggage was in their possession the whole time, and the sunglasses were gone immediately when the luggage was returned. Therefore I cannot recommend this business.
