this is one of the newest NH hotels the hotel itself is very nice. The staff were professional, helpful and friendly. They couldn’t ask for a better staff throughout the hotel. The room was very nice. We had a little area we could sit and the bed was comfortable had a nice view, the bathroom was very nice. It has a bathtub no shower which I prefer to have a shower and bath tub or just a shower but that’s my preference they had all the amenities. The TV only had mainly Italian stations. Only one English station with BBC The breakfast room was lovely. It was upstairs on the fifth floor where you could sit outside the food was average nothing outstanding but cover all the basic they breakfast staff helpful and friendly , the neighborhood is in the process of gentrifying, !!! a 15 minute walk to the train station and a two minute walk to tbe beginning of a Shopping Street !!!to get to the main shopping area. And center where ll all main attractions are It’s about a 35 minute walk but they do have metro stops . There’s a restaurant across from the Hotel called (pizzeria. The kitchen ) which we ate both night and it was very good. I am mentioning the staff. Again They help me when I had some issues they were friendly. Every time we walked in !!!if more hotels had staff as well trained at this. ( making guest feel that they are important ) we would all be enjoying our stays more at hotels.
