This hotel is GREAT in everyway!|1. Location is just next to the Duomo - maximum convenience and easy walking to anywhere|2. The room is spacious as we have a teenage child who shared the room easily with enough space for everyone to walk about and have the luggage open for easy access. The room we had had a sliding door to separate the walk in wardrobe to the toilet so it gave some level of privacy especially when you wish to have more space to dress up|3. Finally, the service - faultless and ever helpful and hospitable! I had a work call at early morning due to timezone difference and needed a quiet workspace. However as my family was sleeping, the receptionist staff arranged for me to have access to their restaurant and arranged that no one disturbed me and had the lights and wifi support all ready in support of the call.|Special appreciation to the ever supportive and service-oriented reception, restaurant and staff at the lobby who helped us with all the arrangements and luggage. |If you want a place that you want 6 star service, great local recommendations and convenience, i cannot think of a better place to stay at Milan!

This is a fabulous hotel in a fantastic location in Milan. Gorgeous rooms, great breakfast, and - most of all - absolutely lovely, amazing, professional and friendly staff. From the welcome and check-in to the moment we left we were surrounded by smiles, friendly chat, help, and kindness. The hotel prides itself on being a 'home away from home' and we could not have been made more welcome. Everything about the hotel is top-notch, comfortable rooms and beds, lovely toiletries, plentiful and varied breakfast, and nothing too much trouble. The hotel is also wonderfully calm and peaceful and yet, within 1 minute you are in Duomo Square and bustling, fabulous Milan... the location cannot be beaten. My partner and I would not consider staying anywhere else, we absolutely love it here and will return soon. We can't wait.
