This hotel is an insult to the relais and chateaux and should not be a part of it. The villa itself is beautiful and the rooms are lovely. As well as the location and that’s sadly the only good things about it. The service is terrible and definitely not up to a 5 star hotel. Only the lady at reception is kind. The breakfast is the most disgusting breakfast we have had in a while. It’s really terrible and shocking to have such bad breakfast in Italy and it’s not up to standard to say the least. Poor quality food and everything is cold. The worst part the people serving the food could not be more rude! They don’t make anything right in the moment fresh for you expect the coffee. The bread is dry/ the cakes are dry/ they don’t even offer prosciutto but some cheap Italian ham/ the fruits were terrible and at 9:30 am the packages were finished and they didn’t intent do make more. I had to ask 3 times, which was really the only decent food to eat at breakfast. Haven’t had such terrible breakfast in a long while!

The hotel is nice. We really likedthe pool area. So peaceful. The service is top notch! Everyone is very kind and welcoming. From the people working the front desk to the waiters. Dinner was a great experience. The ambiance is very cosy and charming. Amazing wines, food and service. The best thing about the dinner were the waiters. One in particular(with the beard) didnt catch his name but he served us with never before experienced courtesey & professionalism and truly went all out to be accommodating in every way possible. Wewill return for sure!
