Wonderful gentleman on the front reception desk who is extremely helpful. Rooms need extensive renovations to make this close to a 4 star hotel- old outdated furnishings and wall paper, no air-conditioning working- only has ability to open the door and windows. Breakfast was good, location is approximately 20-30mins by train or bus.

Room was a little outdated but clean. One thing I really didn't like was how tall the bathtub was, it was hard to get into. I was really surprised how many options were offered at breakfast, both sweet and salty. Great location, only 20 minutes from Venice by train. The town itself is lovely, there are many good spots to eat and drink or go shopping.
