Amazing place! We arrived on a quiet Monday in Autumn. Only guests. Beautiful views outside where we enjoyed a couple of glasses of the local sparkling wine, top notch! Both host ladies customized their Italian to our level and were very kind and helpful. We witnessed the first olive tress being harvested. Dinner time and the fireplace was on with one of our hosts roasting chestnuts. Chose a locally made red wine (Rosso Piceno 2015) which went down very well! A starter of local salami, thinly sliced and gorgeous. And the unique staffed green olives Then came the first course of amazing pasta (macaronchini) with tomato ragú. Heaven! 2nd course with grilled meat (pork) with local tomatoes, lovely! At the end, freshly roasted chestnuts washed down with a local sweet wine. Amazing service, friendly staff, great local food, OKm produce. Unique experience.
