As a hotel, it offers a luxury and stylish environment. Rooms are very comfortable, breakfast offers continental variety, nicely presented and fresh. |We had dinner one evening, unfortunately this didn’t live up to the standards of the rest of the hotel, disappointing but there are lots of local restaurants to explore in the area. |In terms of sightseeing you need to master the local bus service or a 1.5hr walk to the harbour/castle area. |Staff were all friendly and helpful.|A most enjoyable stay!

We spent a week in this wonderful hotel and enjoyed it immensely. The reception staff were wonderful, so helpful and pleasant. The hotel was spotless, extremely clean and was beautiful. The bed was very comfortable and when I requested extra pillows, they arrived with them within ten minutes. We have travelled around the world and would definitely rate this hotel as four stars. The location is great with easy access to an incredible public transport system which is frequent and extremely cheap. The Napoli zoo is within ten minutes walking distance. The only thing that stopped me giving it five stars was that there is no hot food at breakfast and they do have a selection of cold meats,cheese etc but when you like a cooked breakfast, this was not available. This did not spoil our experience and was a minor inconvenience. Thank you so much to all the staff for all your care and attention.
