i am fair in reviews and would like to mark this higher except i am left disappointed, so i cant. This hotel is beautiful, corporate and stylish with designer touches all over. we were in luxury rooms so they were large enough but others had unexpectedly small rooms. We specifically chose this hotel as my adult kids wanted a pool to relax in of an evening, and i wanted a spa, but the pool was small, unheated, and opened late at 11am and closed at 630pm, so if you went out for the day you had very little time to go in it. they probably managed 3 x 10 mins in it each, that's all, and i didnt go in it as it was too cold even on 28' days. The spa was a lovely hidden extra - a joke at 30 euros each per hour! Couldnt even use the sauna or anything? i booked us all in for one hour and it was absolutely lovely, the downstairs pool is a delight and i did have a massage which was fabulous. But the diary was free anytime for when we wanted to book, i think it is very rarely used which is a crime. When 6 of us were paying over 500 euros each for most nights for a week we expected to be able to use the facilities. The breakfasts were lovely and the pizzas were fabulous from next door, very worth a sit down meal there. not sure how many meals were served in the hotel but the fast food deliveries were frequent! The location was handy to the metro and the 3 day campania pass is worth getting as the taxis charge what they like although the area is solubrious and not what we were expecting. the staff were friendly.
