Animation 10/10, very good and nice personel with a huge smile, amazing to spend time with. Air Condition did not work in our room and most of the rooms as we heard from others. Food mostly delicious, but almost the same everyday. The hotel is more for like 40+ rather than 20+ as we thought. Beautiful view from the beach pool and bar. Pool very clean, the same with beach. Location good for an all inclusive hotel, better consider renting a car if you want to visit bigger cities like Noto, Syracuse, Catania, because there’s no bus in here. My vacation there was amazing, want to go back despite any inconviniences like the air conditioning.

I was in president sea palace for one week. It was amazing holiday for us. In the resort we had possibility to taste different Sicilian food everyday, fresh and very tasty. Reception staff was very friendly , thanks lot to F.O manager for all service and all her disponibility . | Our holiday was amazing thanks to all staff
