This is a special place - not a holiday location but a MUST stay when you travel in Italy and need to rest. Clean, cosy, small, quiet. Managed by a family - welcomed us with fresh, authentic Italian food (spaghetti con verace and tomatoes plus tiramisu) - everything home made. Rooms have all you need - and are clean, with nice and simple interior design. Very safe place as well - you cal easily park in front, or in the back of the auberge. Fantastic breakfast - fresh juice, home made apple pastry, ham, cheese - we were there with our kids and all felt special, you do have a feeling this is not a mass but a very individual place to stay when you need to rest during your trip. Highly recommend it.Close access to highway and a shopping centre. Good prices. In summer - mosquitos can bother you but the hotel is prepared - you will find there a mosquito repellent in every room.
THIS HOTEL IS PERFECT. It is located about 30 minutes northeast of Venice. It is just off the highway in a very tranquil town. It is a cafe/hotel that is family owned -- the wife runs the hotel, while the husband runs the cafe (who is a world-renowned chef)... both are very kind people. The food is excellent and the views are beautiful for a small farm town. The rates are amazing for what you get. The rooms are in great condition, as well as the private bathrooms. If possible, see if room 104 is available -- its windows overlook a corn field, and it's a corner of the hotel. If you have the opportunity to stay at this hotel, I highly, highly, highly recommend staying here!
