The staff were amazing...BUT...we paid for an apartment with internet but did not have internet. When we told them about it, they said, " don't worry...come downstairs and use internet in lobby". The apartment was in the building next door...out front...29 m down street. Not very convenient with leaving children in apartment alone. Don't charge for internet if you are not providing it. My guess is....they don't bother paying the bill in low season to save some money. Also you must offer aircon in the loungeroom. It is exceptionally hot in this apartment. Great location, friendly staff but no internet was a real issue as we were working into the night and could not leave an apartment with children in it unattended. Shower very small. Too small to close door or you bang your arms. Otherwise great!

The staff went above and beyond to make sure my husband and I were happy with our room. Valentina planned a tour for us and a day trip to Mondello beach. The driver, Mario, was always on time. He picked us up and dropped us off at the airport. The hotel cat, Tiri, is very sweet. I would recommend this hotel to any cat lover. In a walkable location around plenty of restaurants. We will stay here again.
