This is one of the best hotels I've ever stayed at. The staff are outstanding; polite, helpful, and cheerful, nothing appears too much to ask. The public areas are well designed, especially the outside pool area and considering that this is a city centre hotel that's a big plus. Our bedroom was large and well appointed with a very comfortable bed; great house keeping. In terms of dining, breakfasts have a wide choice, more than enough to satisfy everyone. We ate dinner twice at the main restaurant. The first time the food and service was exceptional, Michelin star standard. Overall, this is a great choice for anyone wanting a relaxing stay in Malaga and although the cost is more, the value is good. We will return.

I stayed in this hotel for seven nights and would have stayed much much longer if I could! It was a fabulous experience. My room was well appointed, the bed extremely comfortable, and the water pressure in the huge shower, fabulous! Throughout my stay, all the staff were incredibly friendly and always cheerful, the service excellent and nothing was too much to ask. The bar/lounge was a great place to relax in and the food served in the dining room, both at breakfast and for dinner was excellent. I highly recommend this wonderful hotel as a great place to stay while visiting and exploring Palermo. Congratulations to the owners and all staff!!
