Breakfast is excellent! Very fresh and tasty cakes, bread, fruit, etc. Top quality! Beautiful garden for breakfast and drinks. Nice hotel with clean rooms. Very friendly and helpful staff. Location near the sea is good, but far from Palermo city center (30 minutes walk to cathedral or shopping area).

Room very nice ( we had one with a balcony ). Hotel is in good location. My only issue was the pool area - the floor is dirty. It needs power washing. My first morning by the pool I got chewing gum stuck to the sole of my foot, and it was just generally a dirty pool side - it needs attention.
