Meh. Traveling with two other women. Upon arrival, reception watched us struggle to get our bags through the door. Kind of a weird first impression. Would’ve been better if he simply pretended not to see. Or pretended to help. Or actually helped? I stayed in the luxury suite with one other friend. Cost for 2 nights was $590.00USD. Worked for us. One bed and bath downstairs and one pull out sofa bed and bath upstairs. Mini bar unimpressive. No coffee machine. A/C was magnificent. Seemingly clean but I did find someone else’s used soap and shampoo in my shower. Breakfast was the typical Italian type. Mediocre. The gym was a welcomed surprise. A nice little place with a treadmill, bike, and weights. You can reserve for an hour and do what you need to do in total privacy. Area was a little sketch out back. Saw some people smoking meth in broad daylight (although I suppose any time is a good time to smoke meth). I didn’t bother them and they didn’t bother me. Definitely not 4 star. Solid 3. Would not recommend and would not return. A utilitarian kind of stay.

The area is not safe, the hotel looks much nicer from outside than the inside. The room category i booked did not match the description. The room was on the last floor under the roof, stuffy, small and old. Not comfortable at all! The bed is stiff and small, hard to sleep well when you are two! The room was facing the hotel terrace where I was promised there won’t be any noise. Second night (after flying 10h from the US and jet lagged) there is a concert on a terrace with no regards to the guests, impossible to sleep. Lastly, I found a big cockroach in the morning in my room, which was not only disgusting but also upsetting. Overall terrible stay. Staff is not helpful and rooms are bad. Do not recommend at all!
