Great location and nice room decor, but underwhelming overall. Tea and coffee in room, but no milk? Staff were not welcoming and reception resembled a morgue. No bread at breakfast two out of three days. Overpriced for the quality of service provided. I would not stay again.

We stayed in the prestige room and I have to say it's just amazing! The large balcony is really nice even though you don't have a view from it because of the wall of the roof. The air conditioning actually is an air conditioning and not just a "fake" like in a lot of hotels. The staff is awesome and so is breakfast! Definitely worth coming back to!
