This hotel is 10 out of 10. My husband and I spent 4 nights in Positano at the fabulous Villa delle Palme. It is a small boutique family-owned hotel in the beautiful town of Positano. The location is absolutely perfect - on the main stretch, but far enough up the hill to have some quiet. It is walking distance to everything in the town and the ferry to other Amalfi towns is easy to access. This is truly a family run establishment with its own restaurant right next store. The staff is so friendly, making us feel right at home (with all of the wonderful restaurants in Positano, we ate dinner here three times!). The view from our room was amazing and the room itself was perfect - spacious and very clean! This was our first visit to Italy, and if we ever go back, we will stay here again. I can't say enough good things and highly recommend Positano and the Villa delle Palme!
Intimate family run inn on main street in Positano with close proximity to beaches and central Positano town.|Our room was on the second floor with a huge outdoor terrace overlooking the street. The view was quite impressive of the sea. During the day it can be noisy with traffic, but at night it was quiet.|The room was nice with cute decorations and very clean!|They even provided a beach towel which we used to go to the beaches nearby.|I loved the breakfast next door in the mornings. I would consider it a small continental breakfast but very lovely just the same. This same restaurant was an excellent choice for dinner one night and for takeout pizza to sit on our terrace! |I would highly recommend this gem to anyone who does not wish to pay for a pricey stay in town and for the wonderful and kind people that work there.
