I had the most memorable experience here. Everything was perfect, from the room, the service, to the amenities. I'm not sure why this place has low stars. I had a great experience and highly recommend! They just renovated the hotel about a month ago so everything was very clean, functional, and smooth. The staff and owners were very nice and accommodating. The room had a private terrace and they offer breakfast service where I ordered what I'd like the night before and designated the time I'd like it brought up to my room, and they were right on time each morning. Breakfast options were plentiful, including coffee, cappuccino, teas, juices, and also croissants and toast. There were other options for a charge, which is reasonable. There are so many restaurants and cafes within several hundred feet from the hotel if you want to have more food options - the location is prime with scenic views and access to shops and restaurants within walking distance. They provided WiFi codes that apply to 2 devices per code and 1 code for each person staying there. Overall, I had a great experience here and higher recommend this hotel!

I recently stayed at this hotel that left me disappointed. The pictures online painted a luxurious picture, but upon arrival, I found the reality to be quite different. The room was smaller than expected, and the furnishings were worn and outdated. The amenities mentioned were either unavailable or required additional fees. Overall, the experience did not live up to the hefty price tag, and I wouldn't recommend this hotel to others seeking a high-end stay. As others mentioned parking is $100 a day. I am still waiting for a refund of a private excursion they scheduled for us that got cancelled for weather. They have stopped responding so taking it up with credit card company.
