From the moment we stepped inside the lobby of this wonderful hotel the staff made us feel welcomed. From the doorman to the front desk everyone was super friendly. Our room was ready early which was a surprise considering we were there three hours before check in. Our room was spacious (room 200) and comfortable for three adults. You felt like you were home. Everything worked in the room as well. Very modern hotel. the location was amazing as well. Located on a quite side street but still close enough to walk to major attractions and close to the metro and shopping. The Trevi fountain was in walking distance. Big shout out to Carla at the front desk. Our tour to the coliseum was canceled three times due to over booking at the coliseum. I called the front desk and told her what was happening and she was able to get us on a better tour for the same day. Truly went above and beyond to make this happen for us. The pool on the roof top was great as well. I highly recommend this hotel.

Wonderful hotel in a wonderful location for all Rome sightseeing and shopping. Most importantly Giuseppe who is the manager is very keen and effective in dealing with any situation that may arise. Our suite initially was not heated enough, just after mentioning that , he moved us to another suite which was perfect. We had a great time and we thank all the staff for that. Highly recommended!!!!
