The reception staff are well mannered. But unfortunately, there are many comments about the hotel: 1) There is no way to fill a thermos with hot water. 2) Breakfast is very ordinary. Water for tea from a coffee machine with some kind of white residue. Not any place to sit. The employee said to sit at a table with other people, but there was no table occupied, but they were fenced off, you couldn’t sit there. 3) There is no ventilation in the toilet and there is also no telephone shower. Old renovation! Results: The reception staff is satisfied but the hotel is awful. Not 4 stars, only 3! I don't want to go there again.

This hotel was booked by our travel agency (group tours). As part of a group tour, its good. Nothing fancy. There is a LOT of echo from the piping, so you'll hear every time your neighbors flush or shower. The breakfasts are your standard continental breakfast: croissants, breads, cereals, fruits, etc. The beds were good, and bathrooms clean. Location wise- a bit uncomfortable. You'll have to walk around 18-20 mins to reach the nearest train station. Roma doesn't have a good metro availability.
