Stay away! This is not a hotel, but an apartment divided by thin walls and shallow doors. I could hear people talking, going toilet, watching tv and so on, like they are inside your room. Feels unsafe. Also there is no ventilation, I couldn’t get a rest here at all. The price is extremely high for such experience, better get a real hotel for the same price. Also it is very suspicious that this place has such a high reviews, it should be reported.

We had a quick two day stay here and it was just wonderful. The hotel is in a great location, an easy walk to numerous sites, including the main train station, but far enough away that it's not too busy and loud. Francesca met us on arrival and had arranged for a driver to pick us up from the airport. There were four of us sharing a room, and while the front area with the kitchenette was a bit crowded, we made it work. The front desk isn't staffed at all times, however Francesca made herself available by phone should we have required anything. Breakfast was ordered the night before and brought to the room on a trolley each day at a designated time. It was wonderful and made a great start to the day. Beds were comfortable and the room was very clean. There was a great family run restaurant on the same street, as well as a convenience store to get water and snacks. I would definitely recommend this hotel as a great option if you don't want to be right in the middle of the tourist sites but close enough to walk to many of them.
