I was totally satisfied with the overall stay. The rooms were clean and recently renovated. The breakfast had enough options and the stuff was friendly. If you want a quiet stay in Rome outside the city centre it's all you can ask for.

Absolutely deplorable! Slow elevators, basic rooms that remind you of a Motel 6 in the U.S. I was given an accessible room with a roll in shower that was tiny and that I didn’t ask for. There was no bidet in the bathroom. The safe in my room didn’t work. The mattress was hard as cement. And despite my request to not be disturbed housekeeping bothered me while I was there changing my clothing and repacking. I ended up making accommodations elsewhere at a local friend’s home and just used my room as a storage facility. It’s very far from the city center. The breakfast and dining options on site were not great and there wasn’t much nearby. I only had a reserved stay here because the tour company I booked (EF Go Ahead Tours) picked the cheapest hotel possible while charging me premium pricing. Do not recommend 0/10.
