The receptionist, Violetta, deserves special mention for her warm welcome and exceptional assistance, making our check-in seamless and stress-free. Violetta went above and beyond to ensure our stay was nothing short of wonderful. Her genuine hospitality and eagerness to assist made us feel right at home. The location of the hotel is a prime location. The staff are amazing. Specially. Ameera, David, Kyara ( actually EVERYONE was amazing). We had an upgrade into a suite, which was fully equipped and very comfortable. This was the first time I see a big modern workout machine in the room in a hotel in my life. I would go there again .
