Amazing hotel! |We were greeted and were given our room right away, and were upgraded to a nice 1 bedroom suite room! |Food was superb! Would definetily recommend to have a breakfast here! |The best thing was the service! Starting from the reception, restaurant area, door man and concierge! The St. Regis Rome is one of the best St. Regis hotels. We stayed here several times and always impressed with the impeccable service and amazing staff. The St. Regis Suite on the first floor is modern, refreshing and spacious. The location is very close to many major attractions, and a short walking distance to Rome Termini main train station. During our stay, we had fresh flowers in our Suite, received personalized appreciation notes from the GM Mr. Giuseppe, our room butler and service staff. The daily breakfast offered many great options as expected at five-star hotels. Importantly, recently the hotel also added a display table with many fresh pastry options. Ms Sonia and the morning staff working at breakfast went above and beyond to take care of us. We also enjoyed the afternoon tea offering and champagne ceremony. We also dined at Lumen on several occasions. The food selections were amazing. The evening staff at Lumen were very attentive and provided excellent service. Also, during certain time of the week, the hotel has live performances at Lumen. Overall, we greatly enjoyed our stay at the St. Regis Rome. Thank you for another amazing experience.
