The hotel is a bit hard to find, as there is a hotel with almost the exact same name (Via Veneto Luxury Suites), just 300 feet away. The receptionist was extremely kind and helpful. The room was well decorated and an average size for Europe. I wished it was cleaned a bit better. The walls were covered in dust, bathrooms were just wiped down, not thoroughly cleaned, and the shower was caked in soap scum. The intense shower head, which was at first exciting, turned out to be a nightmare. Making it impossible to shower without soaking the entire bathroom floor with water. I had to use two bath towels as bath mats to prevent slipping (towels which they did not replace) The Wi-Fi did not work well (at least in our section of the hotel). The lack of a staff at night takes some getting used to, but if that doesn’t bother you, the gate is easy to understand. The building is not at all handicap accessible and you will need to carry your bags up and down stairs (even if you are staying on the ground level. Staff: 5 stars Cleanliness: 3 stars Location: 3 stars (not much around in terms of food/drink) Value was decent for what you paid

Great location and walking distance to several attractions! The ladies at the front desk are so kind and helpful! Rooms are very spacious, the complimentary breakfast was a great as well!! We will definitely be back!
