THE BEST HOTEL IN ROMA!||Initially, I booked a hotel for our anniversary close by to the W, following a decision to change hotels, we went to the W to view the rooms and the welcome from Frederica, Supervisor at the front desk was incredibly warm. ||On day two, we experienced an issue at the hotel with our door lock and were met by Raffaella, the experience manager, who sought to rectify the issue immediately. We can all experience challenges whilst on holiday, but the speed and brilliance with which this was handled was absolutely outstanding!! ||To celebrate our anniversary, the concierge researched and booked a restaurant to our exact taste and requirement, The Moon Asian bar and restaurant and sent a note to the restaurant to provide us with complimentary welcome drinks, they sent flowers to the room and Frederica especially was simply superb throughout our stay - so much so, we assumed that she was the Hotel Manager. ||All in all, this is a REAL 5 STAR hotel with a 5 STAR EXPERIENCE!||Thank you to all the staff at W Hotel, Roma - we will now be staying at W Hotels wherever we go.

W Rome was the first stop for my wife and myself in our honeymoon. From the minute we walked in the service has been amazing. The room was very clean with nice decor and it smelled amazing! The restaurant and bar in the hotel are phenomenal! SERVICE SERVICE SERVICE! They are all so kind and really make you feel special. Giacomo was our bartender there, he went out of his way to connect us with a friend to help us around town when we got to Florence. Highly recommend to stay here for your trip to Rome!
