Our room was large & clean, and had an exceptional bathroom. The breakfast overlooking the ocean was unbeatable. Location is ~10 minute walk from city center, but amenities made up for this. Reception was generally quite nice, with just a few exceptions. Make sure to try to book taxis for day trips yourself (just Google & call multiple options), even if reception tells you it's not possible ;)

My wife and I stayed here for eight days on our honeymoon and wow. The nicest hotel we have ever been in. Everything was immaculate and clean, the location is perfect - far enough away from the square to avoid the busy but only a 10 minute walk to it so downtown Sorrento is easily accessible. The staff here is beyond gracious, cannot speak highly enough of them. The food is amazing, and the views are incredible. I literally think anyone ranking this place below 5 stars has never been here. It’s unbelievable.
