Everything was great about this hotel, perfect location set in lime trees, lovely quiet pool area. Ideally situated just off the main square tucked away so very peaceful. The reception staff and bar service all very helpful, nothing is too much trouble. Rooms cleaned every day with clean towels and bed linen daily. Due to my husband having to use a crutch the hotel staff were so helpful offering to take our cases to the pick up area. The perfect place to stay friendly helpful staff, perfectly situated and very clean. Photos added one was a view of Mt Vesuvius from our room window.

Great welcome to the hotel, and then once you’re in the experience/service sort of slips away. The location was definitely the best part of the accommodation. The property is quite beautiful though, and while we didn’t use the pool it looked a great place to hang out. Nothing was particularly poor about this hotel and we felt it was a perfect place to stay in Sorrento if your expectations are not ridiculous. Our room was facing a corridor so perhaps if you had a balcony room it could have been better. Breakfast was something to start the day with and nothing more. Don’t ask for the XL beer, it’s a 👢 🍻
