Spent over 8k for a couple of days at this hotel in one of their top rooms that were offered. My main gripe is with the management. When we first walked into our room I noticed an issue with the jacuzzi tub which the drain control was broken off and sitting on the side. I went and spoke with the front desk to ask them to fix it. They said they would call the housekeeping manager. For the next several days in the morning I would submit the same request. Eventually at the end of our stay we were told they could not get the part because the store was closed, for 5 days? I tried to be understanding and asked for some type of compensation because the reason we booked that room was for the balcony terrace and the jacuzzi because of back problems I have. I reached out to management and this was their response which took multiple times following up to get. "The price depends on the sea view terrace and outside Jacuzzi, the bath tub in the bathroom was an extra facility not guaranteed." - How can a feature of a room not be guaranteed? What does that even mean. "We offered you a temporary solution coming to your room to open and close the bath tub." - This was never offered They also have an insect problem as we constantly found bugs roaming about the room and we never opened the windows or doors. I highly don't recommend this place with so many options of places to stay. It's not about the tub, it's about the staffs commitment to what the word hospitality is supposed to mean. As well for the price point, these rooms shouldn't be more than $300-$400 a night on a good day.
