Unfortunately this hotel is one I cannot recommend anyone to stay in. Upon our arrival we were first given a key to a room to which someone else was already checked in. We immediately informed the reception of this, following which we were taken to another room opposite of the main entrance. We had read some reviews on google prior to our stay but none of them could have prepared us for what we encountered. When entering we noticed a very unpleasant smell which stemmed from moisture in the walls. We immediately noticed mold on the walls, ceiling, the furniture and after further inspection also all over the shower. The fridge had also not been cleaned as there were noticeable stains outside and inside of it. When mentioning that we don‘t want to stay in the room because of the mold everywhere, the receptionist asked if we used the room because she will have to clean it then for the next guests. We were offered another room which was in a much better state (no noticeable mold). However also in this one the fridge was not cleaned and later on we noticed that there were some blood stains on our sheets, after they had been changed by housekeeping. While I appreciate that the hotel had the flexibility to offer us another room I am equally shocked at the state of the first room and the willingness by the hotel to continue using it for guests. Also, as many other reviews mention, the breakfast room can only fit 8 people. However they also offer tables outside, if you want to avoid waiting for a spot inside the breakfast room.
