Writing this a bit late— We stayed at Ca’ Bonvicini at the end of August. It was a bit difficult for us to get to the hotel because at the train station the porter convinced us that it was impossible to get to the hotel by water. This was a mistake on our part as it cost 60€ and took 20 minutes. So if you’re staying here, take the water bus operated by ACTV! Don’t do what we did. The room was really nice— it was very big, clean, well-lit and the looks about what you’d expect from a 5 star establishment in the area. The air conditioning was great and the room didn’t feel at all stuffy. Bathroom was by far the biggest one I’ve seen staying in Italy. The B&B does not have an elevator but provided that you have a small to moderate amount of luggage it is easy enough to haul up. Once we picked up the map left at the counter for us and received instructions from Sabina, navigation was easy and convenient. She was very lovely and can provide a lot of know-how on all things Venice from the best food spots, how to get to Murano and easy airport transport routes. We were impressed by how professional and quick we was in responding. Not about this B&B but the folks working across were also lovely and helpful in the check in process while we were confused.

Wonderful location, beautiful rooms, attention to detail, communication was excellent. The rooms were very clean overall, Amazing experience. If you are lucky enough to book a room, do not hesitate.
