I recently spent five wonderful days in Venice, staying at Ca' del Nobile, and it was a truly charming experience. From November 27th to December 1st, my mother and I enjoyed the cozy ambiance and excellent service of this small and cute hotel. Its prime location made exploring Venice a breeze, with convenient access to nearby attractions. The room was really comfortable and well-maintained, and the thoughtful addition of a free mini-bar and coffee enhanced our stay. The only drawback to note is the absence of an elevator, which might pose a challenge for older individuals, strollers, or when carrying heavy luggage. Otherwise, the hotel proved to be a fantastic value for money, offering a delightful combination of charm, convenience, and outstanding service. ||Elisa deserves special mention for her kindness, friendliness, and helpfulness, adding a personal touch to our visit. Overall, Ca'del Nobile is a perfect choice for those seeking a cozy and intimate setting in the heart of Venice, providing an excellent and affordable experience. Highly recommended!

The hotel is seriously difficult to find as it’s not exactly where Google maps directs you. I emailed the hotel to ask for the best way to get there 2 days before but they didn’t respond. So after dragging luggage round for an hour trying to find it, we finally got there. Nobody came to the door but eventually some workmen turned up and rang the hotel and they let us in, only to tell us that there was a problem with the plumbing and they had booked us into another hotel which was just as good. They could have emailed this which would have saved us the hassle of finding their place first. When we got to the new hotel it was awful. Tired, dated and tiny. The reception has bin bags of rubbish in it and there was a mezzanine in our room with a sign on saying dangerous. We tried asking the hotel to find somewhere else but they ignored our request and hotels.com got involved and asked them for a refund but they refused. Do not stay here!
