The property itself is a lovely quaint hotel overlooking one of venices many canals. It’s situated just in quiet location about 10 minutes from St Marks Square The hosts are lovely they arrange for breakfast snacks in a morning, tea, coffee, biscuits etc.. which is great. They even arranged a private water taxi to pick us up from the airport. The rooms are spacious and authentic Italian. It’s silent as well, couldn’t hear any noise from the other rooms or even outside. I would definitely stay again
