From first impressions to the end we had a great experience. The staff were so welcoming and couldn't have been any more helpful when it came to local transport and 'things to do'.||We were provided with a map of Venice, which included all water bugs information, and had the main attractions highlighted. As has been mentioned previously in many hotel reviews for Venice, room sizes are smaller than normal, but when only used as a place to sleep is more than ample.||Room service is available at a small charge (€5), with bar snacks and drinks available. There is also a mini bar which is replenished each morning.||My only slight criticism was breakfast. This was purely due to the fact on some occasions, the hot food was not restocked quickly enough. However, there are more than enough options and we did go at busier times.||We had an excellent stay and would definitely return again.

My partner and I truly enjoyed our stay. We arrived early and were told to wait an hour until our room was ready. However, we did not mind since the staff offered us cold lemon water and introduced us to the lounge area to relax, which was very comfortable. They also offered to hold onto our luggage’s so we can venture out and explore what’s around. The hotel is conveniently located since it is near a Main Street that leads you to the main attractions of the island. The rooms were clean and beautiful, and the AC worked well. The breakfast area is really nice and the food was yummy. Highly recommend this hotel!
