GIVE SYLVIA A RAISE!! Not only were the rooms amazing, but the service was next level. I lost one of my AirPods in a room and Sylvia went out of her way to find it and deliver it to me from the other side of the city!! Overall, incredible service, amazing rooms and food and in a great location - a must stay!

Excellent boutique hotel in quieter area of Venice. The team that runs the hotel are very attentive and speak fluent English. Rooms are spacious for Venice and have fully opening windows, along with air conditioning as needed. Windows are also sound-proofed. The breakfast is hearty and fresh, with option to eat in room. Large bathrooms with some having tubs. Hotel is next to Guggenheim ( a must-see). Will definitely return.
