The hotel was simple, clean and large for its type. The bathroom was also large. It doesn't include any tea making facilities. Did include cups for tap water. Beds were comfortable. Reasonably quiet. Could hear next door a little. We only had sheer curtains on our window which meant we had to go into the bathroom to get changed. It was a good location to be close to things. Because of the narrow alley-ways Google gets a little lost on navigating you there. Yet we finally found it. Breakfast was really good. 7:30-10.00am See photos.

Location was great, it was a 17mins walk to Piazza San Marco and we used Google maps to coordinate a walk from Rialto Bridge, San Marco and the Bridge of Sighs. Along the way, there were plenty of shops and beautiful Murano souvenirs, food and galleries. The counter staff were around to answer questions about transiting to and from the airport. It can be very confusing and I suggest you familiarize the public transport routes as no ridesharing apps work within Venice Island. The great thing is the boats and buses are rather much on time which is an assurance when you are betting on accurate timing for your flight schedule. However be sure to check the various agencies timetable for up to date information. The room space is adequate. The breakfast selection which is included in the room cost was rather good. Bear in mind, there are no cups, kettle or beverage assortments in the room. Kitchen services are closed after breakfast. Now the bad, our toilet is very dirty. There were wisps of cobweb and the spider's insect lunch/dinner was caught in it. The shower was so small and I could not even turn around without hitting the sides. The mould lined the shower and they were even blackening the emergency cord! It was honestly quite disgusting as there was nowhere to not face the mould and cord in the claustrophobic shower space. The warming rods which were also so dirty that when we hung the towel, it went smudged with strips of dust and dirt. That is really not OK.
