Lovely hotel, decor a little dated and tired. However, the beds were very comfortable, the bathroom was clean and functional, staff were attentive and extremely polite. The hotel is in an excellent location and a great base for exploring Venice with easy access to water taxis. We didn’t eat here as we felt breakfast was over priced and hadn’t read any good reviews regarding the food, so unable to comment on that. If you are planning on maximising your time to see all of Venice and the islands and just need a base to sleep then this is the perfect hotel.

A very stylish hotel with a great location. The interior is stylish and with Vivaldi symbols. The bed was a bit narrow for two :), the room was warm. The walls don't echo and the window offers a view of the canal - what else do you want in Venice :). Friendly and fast service in various foreign languages at the reception desk.
