Fantastic location, the front door is steps away from the grand canal so a water taxi takes you straight to the door. Easy to walk to any other area in Venice if you have no mobility issues, and the spots around this hotel were great to visit and not as touristy as staying in St Marks, while still being bustling with locals. Breakfast was good, a nice selection. Cocktails were superb, even better than the ones we had at a top rated cocktail bar in Venice. Room was nice. Staff were friendly.

We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights as we passed through Venice. Our room was actually one of the apartments next to the main hotel, up a few floors...and I thought it was really nice. Had a great view of the water, plenty of space...right smack in the middle of gorgeous Venice. We could walk a few steps to the local fish/ vegetable market...tons of local spots right out of the front door. I was also very impressed with the staff- super professional, helpful in every way possible....you can tell they work hard to treat guests properly. Very nice stay, in a perfect location, I would absolutely stay here again. There's something about Venice, what a gorgeous spot to spend a few days on vacation!
